As co-founder of Double Diamond Properties, Tammy combines a unique blend of experience as a real estate legal assistant, radio personality, event coordinator, professional florist, caregiver, and ministry leader. These diverse roles have equipped her with exceptional communication, organization, creative problem-solving, and the ability to find win-win solutions, even in challenging situations.
Married to her husband, Jay, for more than 18 years, Tammy is the proud mother to seven amazing children and “FrayFray” to four precious grandchildren. Her faith in Christ is the foundation of every decision she makes, guiding her commitment to treat every client with honesty, respect, compassion, and integrity.
Whether helping homeowners navigate difficult circumstances, partnering with sellers, or investing in communities, Tammy is passionate about building lasting relationships and creating solutions that benefit everyone involved. As an engineer with BNSF Railway, serving the Dallas/Fort Worth and Greater Houston areas, Jay combines analytical thinking with a business background to make sound, strategic real estate investment decisions. He believes successful investing starts with trust, wisdom, and a long-term perspective.
Jay married the love of his life in 2008 and is the proud father to seven successful children and “PopPop” to four amazing grandchildren. For more than 25 years, he has invested in people by coaching, mentoring, and leading youth athletics throughout his community while faithfully serving local schools, athletes, and families.
A devoted member of Grace Tabernacle in Dew, Texas, Jay places God at the center of every decision. His passion is helping others understand how today’s financial choices shape tomorrow’s opportunities through biblical stewardship, wise investing, and disciplined habits.
